Shipping policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Domestic shipping rates and estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipping
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@slightlyrecklessgames.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages
Slightly Reckless Games is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
